Challenge:

NovaCare, an industry leader in physical rehabilitation, needed to develop a standardized package by which their centers could operate.
 

Objective:

Develop an online, configurable training package, designed to instruct and verify compliance in participating centers.
 

Solution:

After consultation with Operations Executives within the NovaCare network, a “best practices” handbook with interactive instructional modules was developed and implemented online. Modules included video training as well as interactive testing platforms to verify consistency among centers throughout North America.
